City Boot Camp is a program developed to cater to and inspire individuals of all levels. From fit to fat, from couch potato to professional athletes, our workouts are designed to challenge individuals at their own level.
Our 6 week program is designed to develop and enhance your core strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance. You will find yourself losing inches, running faster and further and defining muscles. During your 6 week course you will exceed your own expectations and we will help you to do that.
City Boot Camp focuses on developing your strength, stamina and muscular definition. Examples of or exercises include but are not limited to pull-ups, push-ups, running, strength training, weights and jump roping.
We offer training programs for individuals and small businesses. Our trainers will motivate and inspire you to give it your all when you think you have nothing left to give.
City Boot Camp offers civilian boot camp activities as well as one-on-one personal training. Our instructors are encouraging and supportive. We will never embarrass, harass or intimidate you. Our goal is to see you succeed in achieving a healthier lifestyle.
City Boot Camp aspires to generate city wide interest in fitness and lifestyle changing benefits. City Boot Camp challenges its participants with an incentive based fitness program that encourages faithful participation and promotes long term lifestyle changes and overall wellness INCLUDING YOUR OPTIMUM FITNESS LEVEL. In addition to the fitness focus, the program is projecting challenging and fun inter-class competitions as well as city- to- city competitions.
