Welcome to the 8 Week City Boot Camp Fitness Challenge (NY Long Island).

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS APRIL 9TH
WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS NEED TO BE ENTERED BY MORNING OF APRIL 12TH
GRAND PRIZE: $200
Rack up the most points during the 8-week challenge and you’ll win $200, bragging rights and be entered into our end-of-year championship for a chance to win $500. Point system is listed below:

Post photos to Instagram and/or Facebook of workouts or meals | 10 | 20 | Earn 10 points per image posted and tagged with #citybootcamponline / @citybootcamponline. Double your points when you wear a City Boot Camp shirt or post/mention a recipe you cooked. MAXIMUM OF 6 POSTS PER WEEK. |
Workouts | 10 | N/A | Earn 10 points per workout. MAXIMUM OF 6 WORKOUTS PER WEEK. (Don't forget to take a day to rest and heal each week!) |
Referrals | 50 | N/A | Earn 50 points for every referral that joins the Smackdown Challenge. Your referrals can receive a 20% discount and you earn 50 points! |
